The ABIIC Project
The Abia State Government signed an Agreement with Acroideation International Ltd (ACI) on Monday 13 May, 2013 for Development of the Abia International Industrial City (ABIIC) Project – and the Operation and Management of same for the next thirty five (35) years .
The Project will consist of at least 68,692 units of Industrial Workshops and Warehouses; Commercial/Wholesale and Retail Units – as the ''Economic Core'' of the City, with a minimum of 1000 ''affordable'' residential units of different house typologies sitting on a total of 300 hectares landmass.
The proposed ABIIC project is located at Osisioma Ngwa Local Government Area (LGA), about a kilometre to Aba town, in Abia state of Nigeria.
